About the Stillwater DQ
The Stillwater Dairy Queen was originally located on Highway 36 & Omaha Avenue. Where the original owner Loren Williquet opened this American classic in 1976.
Today the DQ is located in downtown Stillwater on Main Street. Greg Gartner along with his wife Suzanne are the proud owners of this great brand. Their goal was to give Stillwater a place where  families and friends could go and enjoy DQ's great food and treats in a comfortable atmosphere. They worked with DQ to take their newest concept DQ Grill & Chill and make sure that it fit with historic downtown Stillwater. As you can see from the pictures below this is not your typical Dairy Queen. From the padded seats and booths to the HDTV's to watch the Twins game. You will enjoy your experience and we will strive to give you great service to go along with this great looking facility. We know how important our customers are and we know the unique connection Dairy Queen has with it's community. Whether it's coming down after the game to celebrate or hanging out with family and friends.
